Privacy Policy
DhanaaDhan is a product of AarnoTech, a sole proprietorship based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India ("AarnoTech", "DhanaaDhan", "we", "us", "our"). AarnoTech is the operator of this service and the party responsible for the data described below.
dhanaadhan is an AI marketing manager for small businesses. To do its job it connects, with your explicit permission, to accounts you own — such as your Instagram professional account and your Google Business Profile. This page explains exactly what we access, why, how it is stored, and how you take it back.
What we collect
- Account basics — your name and email address when you sign in with Google, and the business details you provide during onboarding.
- Content you create or approve — posts, captions, designs and replies drafted in the product.
- Connected-platform data (only after you connect the account) — described below.
Data we access from Google
When you connect your Google Business Profile, you grant dhanaadhan permission
(OAuth scope business.manage) to access, on your behalf:
- Your business listing — name, address, hours, and the list of locations you manage, so you can pick which listing dhanaadhan works with.
- Your reviews — read to show them in your inbox, to draft replies that you approve, and to build insights about your own business for you.
- Review replies and listing posts — published only as you have approved, through the settings and rules you control.
- Performance data — impressions, actions and search terms for your listing, shown to you in your analytics.
dhanaadhan's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google data is used only to provide the features described above to you; it is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
Data we access from Meta
When you connect your Instagram professional account through Instagram Business Login, you grant dhanaadhan permission to access, on your behalf:
- Your profile basics (
instagram_business_basic) — username, profile picture and account id, so you can see and confirm which account is connected and so posts, comments and insights are attached to the right one. - Publishing (
instagram_business_content_publish) — posting the content you have already approved, at the time you scheduled. Nothing is ever published without your approval. - Comments (
instagram_business_manage_comments) — reading comments on the posts dhanaadhan published for you, and sending a reply when you choose to send it. - Insights (
instagram_business_manage_insights) — reach, likes, comments, saves, shares and follower count for your own posts and account, shown to you on your analytics screen.
dhanaadhan's use of information received from Meta adheres to the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Instagram data is used only to provide the features described above to you; it is never sold, never shared for advertising, and never used to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. We read only your own account — never anyone else's — and the moment you disconnect, the token is deleted and we can no longer access anything.
How your data is stored
- Access credentials (OAuth tokens) are stored encrypted at rest; they are never shown to anyone, including our team, and never appear in logs.
- Data lives on our servers and is used only to operate your account. We do not sell or rent any of your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
- Only the minimum data needed for a feature is read, and payments or government IDs are never collected through connected platforms.
Who else processes your data
dhanaadhan writes drafts, designs and replies using AI models we do not host ourselves. To do that, the relevant content is sent to the provider of that model. This is the only category of sharing beyond the platforms you connected, and it is worth being exact about:
- Anthropic, Google (Gemini) and OpenAI — the text of a review or comment, your brand details and the draft being written. This is how a reply to a Google review is drafted for your approval, and how captions and plans are written.
- OpenAI and Replicate — image and video generation for your posts. Photos you upload yourself are sent only when you ask for that photo to be enhanced or edited.
- ElevenLabs — music generation for video posts. No customer data is sent.
- Tavily and Google Places — public web and map searches about your business and its competitors, during research. Your business name and website are sent; no reviews, no customer data.
- The infrastructure provider that runs our servers, under confidentiality obligations.
These providers act on our instruction only. Under their API terms the content is not used to train their models. Nothing is sold, nothing is shared for advertising, and in particular data received from Google APIs is never used to train generalized AI or machine-learning models, as the Limited Use requirements demand.
We disclose data if the law requires it. There is no other sharing.
How long we keep it
- Access tokens — deleted the moment you disconnect a platform, or when you delete your account. Not kept "just in case".
- Your content (posts, captions, designs, uploaded photos, reviews and comments shown in your inbox) — kept while your account is open, because the product is a record of your marketing. Deleted with your account.
- Sign-in sessions — expire 30 days after you sign in, and immediately when you log out.
- Our cost records — which model ran, when, and what it cost. These hold no prompts, no replies and no customer text, and are kept for accounting.
- Encrypted backups — 7 daily and 4 weekly. A deletion therefore finishes working through backups within about 5 weeks.
- Account deletion — email us and we complete it within 30 days.
Your controls — disconnect and deletion
- Disconnect any platform any time from Settings → Connected accounts. Disconnecting Google deletes the stored token immediately; dhanaadhan can no longer access your Google Business Profile.
- You can also revoke dhanaadhan's access from your Google Account permissions page.
- To delete your dhanaadhan account and its data entirely, email us. What happens then, and how long each kind of data survives, is set out under How long we keep it.
Cookies
One cookie, and it is the one that keeps you signed in. It carries a session identifier — not your name, not your email, nothing about your business — and it expires 30 days after you sign in, or immediately when you log out.
We set no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies and no third-party trackers, which is why you have never seen a cookie banner here. If that changes, this section changes first and you will be asked.
Where your data goes
Our servers are in Mumbai, India. Your account, your content and your connected-platform tokens live there.
Some of the processors named above do not. Anthropic, OpenAI, Replicate and ElevenLabs are United States companies, and Google's services run across regions — so the specific text or image sent for one task (a caption being drafted, a review being answered, a photo being enhanced) is processed outside India. We send only what that task needs. We never send them your access tokens, and we never send them your customers' contact details.
Meta and Google receive nothing from us beyond the calls you asked for: publishing the post you approved, sending the reply you approved, reading the reviews and comments on your own accounts.
